If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and your deposited funds will be returned subject to applicable verification procedures.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. gl99 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3.3 Registration Information. 3.5 KYC Verification. gl99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gl99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. gl99 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify gl99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. gl99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. gl99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive Accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting gl99 support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. gl99 currently supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. 5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) and are generally processed instantly. gl99 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to gl99's anti-money laundering (AML) policies. gl99 targets processing of most withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. gl99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if gl99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement.
5.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). gl99 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
5.6 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the relevant pages of the Platform. gl99 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
6.1 General. gl99 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on each promotion page, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be converted to Real Money Funds or withdrawn.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. gl99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if gl99 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal. gl99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, except where modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. gl99 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, gl99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. gl99 is not liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.3 Disconnection. gl99 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection, device failure, or other connectivity issues on the Player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers, particularly on live dealer games.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 11.1 Commitment. gl99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its Players. gl99 provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting gl99 support. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, gl99 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the restriction by registering new Accounts; doing so constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent suspension.
11.3 Age Verification. gl99 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If gl99 has reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated by an underage Player will be forfeited.

12.1 Platform Availability. gl99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gl99 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, gl99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.3 Cap on Liability. gl99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Force Majeure. gl99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
13.1 Termination by gl99. gl99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if gl99 determines that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account: (a) your right to access the Platform ceases immediately; (b) any Bonus Funds in your Account are forfeited; (c) Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to gl99; (d) gl99 may retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law.
13.3 Survival. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14 — shall survive the termination of your Account.
14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
14.3 Regulatory Complaints. Players who believe gl99 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels.
gl99 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
